I've been using a cream called Differen for acne treatment and it works perfectly fine! But sometimes my skin looks rough, are there any other creams I could use to make my skin look smoother?How to make rough skin look smooth?

DON'T put body lotion on your face. It contains oils that can cause acne. If you want to use lotion, use FACIAL lotion.





As someone above me mentioned, some makeups can smooth things out. Try theatrical makeup, the kind they use in photo shoots.
Use body lotion. Vaseline is really good!
