sometimes acne, sometimes not - have a look at what you eat, and i am not saying like the norm about chocolate and sugar and all that stuff, because it's a myth. has to be something that you are ingesting that is flaring up your skin However - there are certain hormonal conditions that will make your skin flare up. I would try the food first. put yourself on a diet of rice and lamb %26lt;the least allergenic of foods%26gt; and just see how your skin does after 2 weeks. vitamins, by all means - but again, some vitamins have allergens in them %26lt;the way they are manufactured%26gt; that could flare up your skin. and just remember also %26lt;sorry to preach%26gt; that after you have given up those pills you were talking about, your skin does get worse til it settles down. keep a food diary and what days your skin flares up. Best of luck with that interview, and try not to worry too much about your skin, a lot of people don't pay attention to that :ODHow to improve my skin in almost 2 months?

I suggest washing face twice a day with wonderful products that are pure and natural Wash, toner, and day creams
and at night repeat with a night cream.
Exfoliate the face twice a week on a clean face
and a weekly mask on a clean face not on exf. days.
I have been using the re9 regime by Arbonne for 7 months and my skin has never been better and I take their daily supplement for skin. I should have taken before and after pictures. Also I add an acne wash when I break out during PMS.
vitamins wont make you fat..but if you buy some lecithin you wont believe how great your skin will look fantastic..you can go to the health food store and buy it in capsules..it is good for us..our brains are made of it...also as an ointment the cream they use for diaper rash used to really be nice and soothing also plus anything with aloe in it..but lecithin is the best
by drinking sugarcane juice daily
Hi,
it's important to inform yourself first before buying the wrong solution. Products like e.g. accutane or proactiv (and those pills doctors prescribe) are aggressive and can cause damages to you and your skin since they contain harmful ingredients.
Your best bet would be to check out

Make sure you bookmark it for future reference.
Read through the products review section. The #1 rated listed there (and which I used successfully) is one of the very few products out there which really treats the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural.
I've literally wasted hundreds on other ';miracles'; but this one is highly efficient and that's what only counts for me.
Hope that helps.
All the best,
Melinda
