I cant help you with dragon skin body armor witch is junk due to the platelets letting rounds slip through them.But I can help with true 3rd generation air warrior full upper torso body armor with both front and back E-sapi plates witch will stop most armor piercing 7.62 mm rounds and all non armor piercing rounds 7.62 mm and bellow.
They're not allowed to wear it, but it depends on how good you want the vest to be. Some only stops small caliber rounds like the vests on police officers and some are good for pretty much anything other than armor percing rounds.
