I found a discolored area on my husband's back, what can it be? Can it be vitiligo? he's currently 44 yrs old and chain smokes.How to know if a skin discoloration is vitiligo? And if not what can it be?
If the discoloration is white then it could be vitiligo. The patch will also get bigger and there will be more than one patch.
