Yes most types of fish contain high levels of Omega-3 fatty acids that are beneficial to skin regeneration as well as other things. On the downside, some fish contain Mercury, which can be harmful in large doses. Also, there is always a risk of ingesting bacteria from sushi or any other undercooked food.Is it true eating raw fish (sushi) is good for your skin?
