What is a good face-care regimen for people with oily skin?

I have oily skin but it does tend to get a bit dry in the winter. Should I be using moisturizer at all? What is a good regimen to take care of my face in general? What is a good face-care regimen for people with oily skin?
I have oily skin and I use the Clinique three step care regimen. I also use their Exfoliating scrub once a week.

After I wash my face I use toner, The Clean and Clear one, but Witch Hazel is suffice too

Then I moisturize my face with the Clinique moisturizing gel then apply my make up

When I have the occasional break out, I apply salicylic acid treatment before I moisturize.

Hope this helps! What is a good face-care regimen for people with oily skin?
if you go to your local chemist Im sure you will be able to find something there
I wash my face daily day and night. I would use exfoliator 3x a week and do a facial mask once a week. Though skin is oily, it does require moisturizer to keep the skin supple. I would recommand a oil-free gel type moisturizer (like Clinique Moisture Surge). Hope this helps!
You have to be careful with oily skin, because if you overwash your face the oil glands in your skin can get irritated and start producing more oil. Wash your face once a day with a cleanser specially formulated for people with oily skin (I recommend L'oreal Nutri-Pure). Then wash your face for a second time (within 24 hours) using water and witch hazel (an astrigent, comes in a bottle similar to peroxide) Also, try to use makeup that's oil free. Do the same thing in the winter, but try adding a moisturizer to that regimen. Ponds facial cream is the best.
Yes....

Use oil free moisturizer because you have oily skin and if you get a regular moisture...you will get more oil. So make sure it's oil free and always use moistener because your skin is producing more oil on your face because you don't use moisturizer :D
Neutragena. Even people with oily skin can use a moisturizer. If you have numerous questions regarding skin care, consult a dermatologist who can best determine what skin care regiment to use
I have oily skin and noticed what helps control it is Biolage products
dont use moisturiser. use products from body shop.
wash your face every day this will clear and prevent oill from building up then use lotion for pplwith oily skin this wioll keep your skin from getting dry but also prevent oil
The absolute best skin care line for people with oily skin is the Miracle Set for Combination to Oily skin types from Mary Kay. Most people have told you to wash your face, exfoliate and to still use an oil free moisturizer. They are all right. BUT, what they arent telling you is that you CAN NOT mix brands or use random products on your face. Well, I suppose you could, but believe me, youd only be making things worse. All skin care products that deal with cleansing, exfoliation, and moisture are using chemicals the work with your skins natural rehabilitation process. So, if you use one kind of cleanser, another kind of facial mask, and then random moisturizer there is a good chance that you are overdosing your skin on one or all of these chemicals. And that is NEVER good. The skin on your face is very sensitive and easily damages. The reason I recommend the Mary Kay Miracle Set is because it includes a Cleanser that works in 3 different ways. First is cleans and washes away oil, second it uses tiny microbeads to lightly exfoliate, and third contains a toner to freshen and rejuviate skin. The next step is the Day and Night Solutions (2 products). The day solution has an SPF 25 to protect against harmful UVA/UVB rays and also has calming peptides to relax lines and wrinkles. The Night Solution is a delivery system of encapsulated vitamins and antioxidants combined with collagen-enhancing peptides that refresh and replenish your skin while you sleep. The third step in the Miracle Set is an Oil free moisturizer that helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and helps absorb and control oil while providing essential hydration and special ingredients to give the skin a silky feel. The last step is a fantastic oil free foundation (your color choice) The silky-smooth formula controls excess oil for at least eight hours and evens skin tone. Foundation is often confused as being part of your make-up routine when in truth it is or at least it should be part of your skin care. Foundation should disappear on your face, but serves the purpose of protecting your skin from all the nasty harmful things that move around in the air. Think of a car windshield after a long drive. Its covered with grime, dirt, and even bugs. This same process happens to your face everyday. Only slower. Foundation is your shield.

Basically, all of this means one thing. It is more important for people with oily skin to stick to a full skin care regimen because of the oil. It needs to be controlled, but it can be easy.

Mary Kay's Miracle Set for Combination to Oily skin types will control your oil, while giving you over all beautiful skin AND gives you a fantastic moisturizer that will be a life saver through drying winter months.
