I have used steroid creams on my skin for years and it is now somewhat thinned out all over my body making it very dry and uncomfortable. What can I do to thicken my skin once again?How can i make my skin thicker?
I really don't think you can. But I'd definitely consult my doctor if I were you. I used to take silica tablets for my hair, but they're good for the skin too, however I wouldn't know what they'd do
