The area popped up all of a sudden. It is teeny blisters, in an area about the size of a dimeHow do I know I if have facial herpes and not skin cancer?
Only way I would think is see a Doctor.

Before that though, I'd search Google for pictures similar to what you see, and maybe you'll realize it's not a problem at all. But blisters on your face? I'm guessing there's something goin on there :/How do I know I if have facial herpes and not skin cancer?
A doctor could tell you. Maybe it's an allergy to something.
For the love of god go see a doctor before you pass it on to someone else or you die. You aren't going to get seriously accurate medical advice on the internet.
Cold sores are caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV). There are two types of herpes simplex virus: HSV-1 and HSV-2. Both virus types can cause lip and mouth sores (herpes labialis) and genital herpes if your skin comes into contact with either type.

What are the symptoms?

You can be infected with HSV and have no symptoms. For some people, however, cold sores can be painful. Initial symptoms can include mouth soreness, fever, sore throat, or swollen lymph glands. Small children sometimes drool before a cold sore appears. After the blisters develop, cold sores usually break open, weep clear fluid, and then crust over and disappear after several days to a week.

Cold sores are blisters on the lips and the edge of the mouth that are caused by an infection with the herpes simplex virus (HSV).

Other symptoms may include:

A sore mouth that makes eating, drinking, and sleeping uncomfortable. Cold sores can be painful.

A fever.

A sore throat.

Swollen lymph nodes in the neck.

Drooling, in small children.

You may not develop cold sores when you are first infected with HSV. If cold sores do develop when you are first infected, they may be more severe than in later outbreaks. During the first outbreak of cold sores, the blisters may spread to any part of the mouth.

After you become infected, HSV remains in your body and may cause cold sores to return throughout your lifetime (recurrent cold sores). Most people have 1 to 12 outbreaks a year, but have fewer outbreaks as they get older.1
sweety thats what it is oral herpes skin cancer eats a hole away
It doesn't sound like skin cancer, as I don't think the symptoms would appear quite so suddenly.

It could be any number of things - sunburn, an allergic reaction...

I'm not sure about facial herpes as I don't know the symptoms but the best thing to do would be to see your doctor. With any luck you will just need some cream to calm it down and it is just a temporary thing.

Take care :-)
Did you go down on any infected wieners?
yes i'd say that you have herpes(cold sores) they will clear up in a week or two by themselves, however there are many topical creams and ointments available from pharmacists. I would advise you to have them checked out as coldsores generally dont cluster, you could have a similar condition known as ';school sores'; these are highly contagious and can spread to other parts of the body!!!
Genital herpes is not contracted from a genital area. You get herpes on and around your mouth that itch are oozy and puss. But that is not considered an STD you have a form of herpes that is like fever blisters. My mother in law and sister in law have them bad. She will take L-Lysine (vitamin you can find at any drug store) she will take it as soon as she has symptoms on her face of itchiness and stinging or a red lesion that is coming up on her face. (Like a pimple)
