The skin is taken from another area of your own body so to cover a scar with a skin graft would be sefl defeating as you would then have a scar form where the skin was removed.


How old is the burn? If it is pretty fresh, it may gradually fade and nearly disappear with time. Treat the area with skin cream and don't pick or tan in that area either.
