What are ways to avoid skin cancer when going to tanning beds?

Is there anyway to avoid skin cancer when going tanning to a tanning bed?

My legs are like extremelly pale and nothing works better for a tan then a tanning bed, I know this cause I've used it before and the tan is now faded out, but I really don't want to get skin cancer so what is a way to avoid while at the same time using it.What are ways to avoid skin cancer when going to tanning beds?
There is NO way to avoid it...eventually.... except with great luck! UVA is UVA. Have you tried to use any of the new skin tanning products? They are great! and much much safer! What are ways to avoid skin cancer when going to tanning beds?
I dont think there is a sure way.And i use to go and got odd bumps on my inner legs that wont go away. The doctor didnt say if was skin cancer,However i ve had them 5 years now.I would stay out of them if i were you.
Don't tan, it's bad for you.. You'll end up a wrinkly old prune when you're 40. My aunt tanned her *** off until she was black, now she's wrinkly while her sisters who didn't tan much are still young looking. Besides, tanning is overrated.
You can not avoid it. use lots of sunblock when you are outside. you know they have those spray things. they pretty much spray you. you get the look of a tan, but not the dangerous stuff. stay away from tanning beds
Q: what are ways to avoid skin cancer when going to tanning beds?

A: Dont use one.

it's a form of vanity, one of the ';deadly'; sins. makes sense to me
Unfortunately, there is no way. Tanning beds expose you to high levels of UV, which causes skin cancer. Twenty minutes in a tanning bed is equivalent to two hours in the sun.

Does this mean you are certian to get skin cancer if you use a tanning bed? No. But it increases the risk.
The same ways you can avoid transportation while driving a car or avoid gravity when you jump out a window. Though there are slight differences in response to UVA and UVB radiation, the bottom line is that tanning is unhealthy and always increases your cancer risk.
use sunscreen and learn to accept your uniqueness.
