Should we peel the forehead skin of penis completely during cleaning?

Also explain how to clean it?Should we peel the forehead skin of penis completely during cleaning?
Yes. When showering, I wash all of my body with soap and water. When drying off, it's important to be thorough. While my foreskin is retracted I use a double layer of tissue wrapped around my glans to absorb all remaining moisture then replace my foreskin. This keeps me clean for the day. (My foreskin is very loose)

It is absolutely essential for an uncircumcised male to fully retract his foreskin on a daily basis and clean under it.

Your parents should have done this for you whilst they were still bathing you and then taught you to do it for yourself every time you bathed or showered.

A white cheesy substance called smegma collects under the foreskin and, if not washed away, can lead to fungal and bacterial infections, and even to cancer of the penis.

Smegma is composed of sweat, natural skin oils, shed skin cells, stale urine, stale semen and general dirt. It is an oily substance and thus needs to be cleaned away with soap as well as water. After washing away all the smegma the penis should be rinsed with plain water. When drying yourself after your bath/shower, do not forget to retract the foreskin again and dry inside it, preferably by patting it dry rather than rubbing hard.

If you cannot fully retract your foreskin to clean under it then you are suffering from either phimosis or frenulum breve (both are developmental abnormalities) and need to see a doctor to get them sorted out. The best, and only permanent, cure for these is circumcision.
There is not much you need to know about cleaning your uncut penis unless its a boy under the age of around 2.. YES you need to clean it all so pull it back good and clean it well. Gently pull the foreskin back. Rinse with warm water only. Soap under the foreskin can cause irritation and swelling. Pull the foreskin back in place over the head of your penis.
Yes, definitely pull the skin compleately back exposing the entire forehead when bathing and wash with soap and water as you would your entire body.
Yes, in the shower each day just pull it back and wash your entire penis area with normal soap. Rinse and replace your foreskin back in its usual position. Simple!
go to the doctor's and get it cut off, thats the best way of keeping it clean,

GET CIRCUMCISED!!!!
