How do you tighten up skin after weight loss?

I'm in the process of losing 50-60 pounds....and I've lost about 20 so far and I can see all the loose skin starting to sag...is there a way to tighten this up? Or tone it? also good home remedy for stretch marks needed? How do you tighten up skin after weight loss?
well i weigh tlift and i know alot about the stretch marks and im 18 so u gotta take care of taht...lol

so buy some cocoa butter and they will go away with time...and to tighten up ur skin u shud do weight lifting as well...a balanced weight lifting plan where u hit each body part twice a week will help a bit...but u will need to get surgery...more than liekly to tighten up the rest of the skin

hope this helped and congratulations on the weight loss and keep it upHow do you tighten up skin after weight loss?
if you loose weight too fast, then your skin will sag and no treatment other than surgery.

but since u only lost 20lbs now and in process of loosing up to 60, you won't sag than much if you take your time loosing this weight .

the skin is very elastic, stretched too much, it will loose it's elasticity and stretch marks will appear, it took time for it stretch, give it time to stretch back... you can help it by doing toning exercises, you can help it by applying lotion to keep it moist.

as for stretch marks, once u have them u have them forever, when u loose weight, they'll be barely noticeable, i heard that if you use cocoa butter (not the lotion, but the real butter i guess they get it from health stores) it will help with decreasing their appearance, i haven't tried it personally.
when you loose a little (10-20lbs) yes, but if you loose more then no, i know because my mum weighed 22st and managed to loose 11st on a diet called lighter life. she was left with over 2 stone excess weight and had to have it surgically removed.
There is really no good way to tighen skin after weight loss except surgically

As far as stretch marks go- cocoa butter works well
